well to be honest it was way past when IE ruled and now its the firefox time....and Now IE is trying to develop the best due to the competition...let them offer full version ...i will still stand for ff .... Lets see what others say. Regards. Ashwini
I've used Windows movie maker to edit videos in excess of 1GB and not a single crash. This was on Vista. Gotta agree with you on that one. I fault Microsoft for having us wait 5 years and still giving us some crappy movie editing program. Now I either have to get Adobe or Avid. I don't know what type of system you are using.
Never a problem with movie maker here. Back to the IE/FF debate.... FF seems to have broken out of it's cultish status and caught on with those tired of IE. It is more than just the latest "fad" browser, but it is still hard to ascertain whether it will ever overtake IE in terms of use.
FF3 is good. Only problem so far that its still not supported for most of those plugins. Still I use it coz its lot better than E7 and FF2.x.
Firefox reminds me of Wordpress fight among the bigger guys like Typepad, Blogger and incompetent Live Blog.
If you guys have tried FireFox 3, I would now say that IE7 is better, I don't know why, but Firefox 3 has bloated the whole idea of what I thought firefox was about. TBH, Firefox 2 wins, Firefox 3 = Fails! They have included unneeded features, which simply don't need to be there. I have a question in my mind thinking to myself 'Why ruin what they have already got right?'. They should just seriously optimized Firefox 3 to the best of their abilities, as it does use to much CPU power; from what I've read and experienced.
I'd agree. But I don't see why they needed to add the new features to FF3, they are really unneeded, like I said they should have just optimized FF2 and kept it at that. Maybe someone should make a threads called 'FF2' vs 'FF3'...
well, one good thing about 3>2 is they fixed over 300 memory leaks...that HAS to be a good thing. It's still a beast though, which is why for massive surfing(tons of tabs) I use Opera
