I have voted for FF3. IE8 has some pretty major bugs right now from what I have read and althought FF3 isn't quite at the stage IE8 is at, FF3 will no doubt come over as the winner. Mozilla, You Rule!
I like firefox, and have since i found it, but i must admit, IE7 was nice, if IE8 is better still, i will think about switching back
IE is a pain in the you know where, ahh hell pain everywhere, specially for us web developers...die, die IE die!!!! sorry missed my coffee this morning
I hate FF3... at least the beta. If that's the way it's going to be released in the future (interface wise), I'm switching back to IE.... or just stick with FF2 .
Here is my question.. How is FF better then IE? What do you have to prove your Theory? Remember a theory is just that.. What "FACTS" do you have to say that FF is better then IE?? And if you think I am a IE lover.. I am typing this on FF 2.0 right now.. What I do hate is when folks just throw crap like FF... BOOYA! etc.. Sorta like the "APPLE JUICE LOVERS"... (BTW Buying a Apple next month as well!) What facts make FF better. Remember the Memory hog with FF? (That has since been fixed).. I myself like FF for one reason.. and one reason only... "PLUG-INS"... Later D/C
Have you ever download Netscape? Same Mozilla technology than Firefox but with the full options set. Firefox only gives you a few of them in order to control you. Anyway I don't like Mozilla browsers and the only IE version which liked me (5.5) is not compatible with modern web standards... Opera fails in a few aspects, Safari is only available through my iPod and.... I'm going insane with all these annoyances
It takes a lot for someone to install a new browser when they already have one with an absurd amount of money and dev hours put into it. Clearly FireFox is massively ahead of the game.
