IE8 and the Alt tag

    I've heard complaints from people about their browser not allowing the title to display. It seems to be IE8 related. Interesting.

    That's correct. IE8 is finally doing what they were supposed to be doing years ago. Some browsers follow the standard. Microsoft does not.
