It will be a high priority update for those of you who do not know and will be installed automatically for those of you who have that feature turned on. To prevent this and stay on IE6 go here. Unreal!!! -- They are basically trying to force ppl to IE7!!!
Thanks for the heads-up. I am definately not ready to be using IE7. I wonder if there is a way to be able to run 'both' IE6 and IE7 on one pc. This would definately help for designing purposes. I would use it on a different PC, but unfortunately back in September, My DEV network got hit by lightning twice in the same month, blowing 2 of 3 PC's, and I really don't feel like getting my fourth PC up and running at this time.
You can't run IE7 and IE6 on the same machine. In my opinion it's good that it's being supplied as Windows Update. That way, we can be sure that at least 50% of the legal Windows Users are on IE7 already and IE7 got much better CSS support.
