IE6 - Any reasons links would not work?

This should be a simple problem but I'm stymied.

We just updated our sitemap, which is a very simple page, to a new template and, when testing it, we noticed that most of the links don't work on IE6.

7% of our visits are with IE6 so I'd like to figure it out.

The source code doesn't have any differences between the links that render and those that don't.

Hi, It seems that there was some java script on the page. It appeared unrelated to the link problem but had no clear purpose on the page.
We removed it, problem solved.

IE 6 has many problems and I would recommend you to use IE 7 or 8.
