IE6 alignment problems

I have had clients tell me that on my site there is a big bar that is obstructing portion of my page. I figure it out that it is only happening on the ie 6 browser. Can someone help me figure what I need to do to correct this.

I'd just redesign the whole site. No offence, but it'd be much better for you, the site looks really bad atm.
