IE not supporting image slider and Lavalamp menu

    Hi all

    I have included image slider and lavalamp menu in one of my projects.
    The problem here is both works well in Firefox.
    But not working in IE.
    I have included easing for the jquery.
    can any one help me to find the problem here?
