IE loading problem

Hi,

I have a serious issue with the page loading of my website in IE.
The page loads really fast (IE says Ready), but when I scroll it doesn't scroll immediately but only after 2 seconds or so.
The same delay occurs with links. When I click a link, it doesn't start loading immediately.

When I enable the compatibility mode I don't have these problems. Does anybody know what can cause the problem? It's not an IE bug, because other sites don't have this problem.

sounds like u have javascript running somewhere this will have that effect.

 

Thanks for the tip. I'll try disabling some js scripts and see if the problem still occurs.

 

javascript will hold IE in a static state until the load event finished. give me a shout if u get stuck.
