    Ok, guys, here it is:

    webmá»›i.com

What prompted me to pick this up is the fact that I have webmoi.com and get lots of type-ins from Vietnam. I did some research and the vietnamese version above means 'new web' in English. Also, there are over 71,000 search results for "web má»›i" on Google. So, they are using the phrase.

So, what do you think? Est. value and comments appreciated.

    Thanks! :)

Owning both + having it actually mean something? I say GREAT.

Est. value can't probably be told right now, I'd say Mid xx... but very nice that you have both.

    Hey Fka200 and HtmlIndex!

Thanks for your comments! I am really new to the IDN thing, so I am not sure about any Vietnamese sales. I am just hoping to catch some of the traffic from any searches or type-ins at this point. Anyway, the whole IDN aspect of domaining is very very interesting.

By the way, if you guys need help with Arabic words/names, living in an Arabic speaking country, I can possibly help. Although English is my first lang.

    Thanks Again!

Looks ok, not that great. The search results are pretty low, and no google trends.

For better appraisals of IDNs you should try idnforums.com or dnlocal.com.

    Thanks Mgrohan!

Well, after my initial post, I checked google.vn for the phrase and it comes up 153,000 times. Do you think that makes a difference?

    Thanks!

It basically means 'new website', so you would expect it to have some reasonable results.

But I can tell you that there are a lot of Vietnamese terms out there with much higher search results and better potential for sales that you should be able to hunt down without too much effort. As a brandable to match your ASCII site, though, it is okay, and if you receive traffic on it then you are laughing.

If you want tips from some of the leading IDNers dealing with Vietnamese names, then IDNtraders.com is the best forum to visit.

    Thanks Domain_Trader!
    Thanks Daniegb123!

You're right DT, I could have done more research on finding a better name. It was more like a whim, I suppose. I decided to develop the site, yesterday, with a free directory script, since google wasn't picking it up. So, we shall see if it comes up in google.vn's search results. Fingers crossed.

    Thanks Again! :)
