IDidn't receive PIN, Payment Hold

    Help me unlit now i can't recieve PIN adsense so my payment is holt. I have three time generate PIN. Last generate was August, 5. 2010. I try to contact but i receve email, that no payment hold.

    you shouldnt have selected payment hold, but pin not received.
