The site maintains a steady 3000 unique visitors a day and about 5000 pageviews. The sites traffic comes from various popular tutorial database sites, and random forums.

Description:
This site was designed and full coded by me by the inspiration of other art communities. I wanted to take a sucessful tutorial site and merge it into a art community, so I scripted the site. The site has a full front end allowing users to upload ART, photos, comment profiles, etc... People get their very own profile! http://idesignthis.com/andrew is my profile. The site has 77 tutorials listed on Good-Tutorials.com, on the 2nd page of tutorial authors. There are over 450 registered users on iDesignThis for the art community section of the site, and a decently active forums. This site has TONS of potential due to the sites content and uniqueness, I have various traffic methods and ideas for success to give to you. I feel someone who understands basic HTML/CSS and knows photoshop should bid, to keep this site going and maintaining good traffic. I also have a few promotion methods and tips I can give you. I see you are using YPN now. How is the revenue from YPN compared to Google Adsense ?

 

Yeah, the price you're looking for, considering that the site is only a couple months old, and only has one month of history for income, some of which is from CasaleMedia (I don't know about others in the forum, but I'm not familiar with it), makes the price a bit steep in my eyes too.

$35 x 1 year = $12,775 thats not even including if you work on the site!

 

you do have to work on the website consider if you are not submitting tutorials to other sites constantly your traffic will be completly gone.

 

Of course you do, any decent site, and people who would like to generate revenue would have to put effort into a site, not that much. Money isn't free! And traffic doesn't come without effort and motivation.

 

I think your price is too high (at least for me)
