Identifying Yourself as an Associate - Duplicate Content?

In the Amazon Associates Program Operating Agreement is written the following (in the point 10):
However, I'm afraid that if I add this on my website, my website will get penalized by Google for duplicate content as there are many websites that have this written on them.

    How should I proceed then?

that's something you don't have to worry about,

duplicates content will become a problem if you have a lot of them in your own site..

(just make sure you put that note in the footer)

Yeah, don't worry about that, that is so small of a duplicate thing. Same with adsense, they make you put disclosure as well, and no one gets penalized for that.
