How do i go about identifying the hex code for the colors used in a jpeg file. I have attached the specific file i am trying to identify. Thanks
Take the jpg and open in an image editing program such as paintshop pro, photoshop, ulead photo impact. Most of those programs have an eyedropper from which you can obtain the red, green, blue components. The are F4F1EE and CDB399
When I do graphic works I always take help of color picker for identifing hex code. The advantage of using color picker is you can sample any open window colors hex codes (including html browser windows). This is not possible with eye droper tool. Eye droper only can catch the color codes of open files of that paricular software. If you wish to have color picker you may download at: http://www.chunting.com/download.html It is free and tiny size.
