Looks custom. I would need specs to properly quote that job. You could likely get that done with this http://moodle.org/ I have not really messed with it lately but it would be a good place to start. It is pretty mature at this point. hope that helps, Nigel
It is definitely not wordpress (if you consider that a CMS... I do). Also, considering there's an ad for dreamzshop at the bottom, I find it most likely that they created it
So please guess the CMS they are using and the template because i have project and want the same design as the above site with excellent SEO
It is definitely custom.. That's for sure. It was created by Dreamzshop and is 18th in their "portfolio" page. http://www.dreamzsop.com/ Most companies like this will charge A LOT (maybe 1-2 thousand $), but will set up EVERYTHING for you and often offer great support. you can do the "request quote" thing on their page if you're really interested.
