We are having a few teething issues with our new website, and I am offering $10 to the person who is first to successfully identify the cause of our problems by posting them on this thread. The website is www.plasticprinting.com.au and below I have explained the issues that we are having: 1. www.plasticprinting.com.au/banners.php 2. Click on the first "Add to Cart" Button 3. Click "No - I Will Pick Up" and "Yes" to Is your artwork ready. 4. Click "Proceed to Checkout" 5. On the checkout page, try and upload artworks For the majority of our customers, it seems to be working fine, however we get the odd customer giving us the following complaints: - The buttons on the Pop Pop are not displaying correctly - They have issues trying to upload artwork files. They are either unable to do it or receive an error message. Only some customers appear to be having the issue, so I am not sure if it is an issue relating to specific browsers or operating systems. $10 will be awarded by PayPal to the person who can identify the cause of the issues we are experiencing. Cheers Jake
There is a problem in a specific browser ie IE. Sorry but i don't know the validation for IE coz it s***
on firefox, everything works well, and I can upload images no problem. As someone else said something about internet explorer, i decided to test this out for you. On internet explorer, none of the "add to cart" buttons work. There is a message that says "error on page", and I cannot use add to cart to even test the upload buttons. (this is tested on internet explorer 8. And no, i dont update it as I dont use IE) So i ran it through the w3 validator to see what is wrong. There are about 110 errors: http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=h...(detect+automatically)&doctype=Inline&group=0 but fixing all of those issues should help.
Hi All, Thanks for all the responses. I have decided to award $5.00 each to Mr Nag and Matt_62. If you can both PM me your PayPal details, I will transfer the money across. Cheers Jake
