Well I am currently making about 300$ a month from one site using AdSense and I want to double my income and start up another site. Does anyone have any ideas for a website that will get some traffic? I was thinking perhaps a forum or something along those lines but my creativity has been like turned off the past few days and need some help. Sorry if this isn't the right section for this...
That's a fair amount you are getting from adsense presently. For getting more, you can bookmark your pages and add some special useful information to get more attention of the people on your pages.
You are already earning $300 from Adsense. Follow the same promotional technique for your new site as well. If you start a forum you could receive good amount of traffic. But it requires maintenance (spam control) and the CTR would be low.
Not sure, but if you can find which is the top keywords in google, and having site/blog/forum/articles on it can serve the purpose.
Try using a random idea generator if you really can't come up with anything. I've found tons of great ideas using them. Just make sure you check with google's keyword tool to see if there's any money to be made with them before wasting too much time Forums aren't all that great though IMO - it's like another job with all the moderation & replying you might have to do unless you get other people to help.
