Ideas Why This Theme Is Displaying Images Differently Than Demo?

    I have this free portfolio theme, "Pure" by GT3, this is the Live demo of their portfolio section of the theme that I am using: http://www.gt3themes.com/wordpress-themes/pure/# See how the images are different shapes, vary in display on the grid.

    Now see my site where I installed the same theme AND IMPORTED THE SAME SAMPLE DATA from it: http://example2.ratingkicks.com/

    My images, the same ones, are not varying in size like in the demo, they are all equal squares, why is this? The demo has some long rectangles some squares. Checked all the settings and they match right, any idea? Id be glad to give you the login to mess around with it, as this is a demo site I set up to show my issue. So I can give you the wp login if your open to looking at it, I can message you.

    The images can be presented as a grid, a list, a slider, or masonry style grid

    that is just a theme setting somewhere.
