    I just picked up... www.RealEstateReseller.com (Real Estate Reseller)

    I think it has NICHE possibilities, but what they are, I'm not sure. LOL

    mike I am in real estate and initially the name did nothing for me. resell is generally anything non new construction. maybe a fbso site or blog site for sellers.
    site for investors selling to other resellers...not sure.

    I would work on contacting potential end users to market your domain to - Google related terms and see what comes up. You never know what offer you could receive. It might interest someone, good luck ;)

    The 2 things that immediately come to mind are:

    1) A real estate broker or house "flipper"
    2) Promote software for real estate agents/brokers

    I'll sleep on it a bit more. :)

    Definitely a good domain for a professional flipping co. Also, because of the mortgage fiasco, a lot of investors took advantage of foreclosures purely to resell when the market rebounds. Try contacting some and convince them that by owning the domain they'll have a great descriptive and memorable advertising tool to help brand their business.
