My advice is NOT to launch this rip off site! I strongly suggest you remove MY logo (teamwedding.com) from your website at mymalaysiawedding.com IMMEDIATELY. I am contacting Google and your web host and will TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST YOU! You have 24 hours to remove my logo and artwork.

If someone is using copyrighted work you can report to google. They might ban his adsense account if he has one or not inlcude him in search engine results.

Do you really think Google would care?

There are thousands of people ripping of each others sites everyday. If Google where to take action in any of these cases, they would have to do research to find out who's telling the truth (who ripped who). This would cost millions and require a huge ass team.

They don't care about the little guy and his problems.

Yes, Google does indeed take action. They do it all the time. In fact, they have a department for such.

    This is a fun thread.

    Somebody get the popcorn.

They do have entire DP for it.. The url is: http://www.google.com/dmca.html

Filed them before... C&D, DMCA's.. If google does not remove the content you can sue google. So you can bet they move really fast once you provide the required docs.
