Hi All, we're a small team of PHP/MySQL programmers and would like to get traffic to our site. Of course, I know about elance/odesk marketplaces and we are there and have decent profiles, but I'd like to see few leads from our site. I tried CPC campaign here on digitalpoint forums, got few conversions, but not too many and so far no real big customer from the site. I don't know, but have an impression that we can't do much with CPA, they don't work with this kind of offers, do they? Does anyone know how to get our target audience to our website? I also thought to create an affiliate program with pay-per-real-customer strategy. So people sending us leads and if there is a contract, we pay them say 10% of all payments - this is the same as e.g. odesk earns. Yes, I know not many people want work on this basis (since it is dependant on us and 100 leads may result in 0 contracts), but on the other hand, if there is a great lead one could earn up to $2/hr while our ocntract is active. Do you think this idea is viable? If so, any recommendations on where to promote/post this kind of offer? Thanks!
