Hi guys, I have recently formed a small network of sites, and so far it comprises of three sites (more in the future though). I am trying to get ideas on how much I should pay my workers. I am the CEO of the network, below me are the chief editors, one per site... then below them are full time authors and part time authors. The network is still new but I would like to start paying them something from ad revenues (since a pretty decent share comes in). I am a complete noob to what is considered a market competitive rate vs the popularity of my site (on the basis of traffic, ad revenue, etc). I have already determined that all my workers should be paid a salary (with various bonuses for achievements in work) but figuring out the right price for the situation is where I am at a lost... any ideas on where I should start?
