I am a telecom consultant and specialize in wholesale VoIP specifically for call centers. Call Centers require much higher calls per second and capacity than regular VoIP, so it is a niche industry. I am currently cold calling, using adwords and expanding into content ads as well. Traffic is VERY low for the keywords I target so do not get much traffic (sometimes only a few hundred searches a month with clicks up to $5-$10). Wondering if anyone has bright ideas on how else to market to call centers. I was thinking post cards/email campaigns but so far have not been able to find anyone who has leads/contacts to send emails/post cards to. Some form of interruption marketing works because most of the people I contact have no idea how much they are overpaying, don't know they don't have to pay fees and penalties for auto-dialer traffic or don't know how much more capacity can be offered to them. Literally every call center I have worked with has been able to save money. So it is only a matter of getting noticed or getting my foot in the door. Thanks in advance for any ideas.
Sounds like a tricky thing to advertise online. My suggestion would be to use Linkedin to get in contact with people.
Yes, I have a Linkedin account but the tricky thing with that is I do not want other people to know who my customers are or who I work with. I checked the linkedin of competitors I know I can beat and found who they work with. I haven't gone after those companies, but could. Is there a way to make my connections private? I'm thinking media buys on call center forums and magazine would be more effective than adwords, just have to make the big purchase :/
