So I was hoping to get some ideas on how to get text links back to my website. I want to use link that occur inside of content. So here are some ideas: Squidoo lens Hubpages Article Marketing Press releases (anyone know of free PR sites where you can put in text links?) Guest Blog Posting Wordpress/blogspot blogs Anyone have any other ideas on how to get text links inside of content?
You've already got a nice list laid out but I would say article submissions is by far your best choice. Using that method, you can make the content whatever you want and make it rank for the keyword of your choosing. You also have the possibility of other webmasters reposting the article on their sites, hence your potential for multiple backlinks is extremely high.
you could build your own network of autoblogs. That way you have complete control over your links. Here's the market leader in autoblogging. You used to be able to use tools like senuke, but because it leaves such a huge footprint, it's counterproductive nowadays.
The best way is to buy them. But there is a problem. It's not easy to find websites and webmasters that are available for selling such incontent text links. What is a solution? Check the discussion http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=1954159 about Getgoodlinks.net service for getting such links.
I'm so tried of buying link. I spent almost $300 on buying link but my serp didn't improve!. Now I promote my website by myself and it look better. My serp also in the first page now.
If the article directory category is relevant to your niche it will benefit you, same with the hubpage and squidoo lens, give them a go, nothing lost = nothing gained. Whatever you do, do not pay someone to post blog posts, I did this and it had a negative effect on my domains by dropping, then 12 months on they then started giving benefit to my site but by then I had sold it!
Here's a regularly updated list of Linkbuilding Opportunities. All free, of course. They are broken down by method of backlinking. I suggest taking advantage of all the free blog and web sites, then make them niche-specific, point them back to your main sites. Some of which you can monetize too!
All good ideas. Many article sites do not allow hyperlinks, however many do alow links in your signature which can also work wonders if done properly.
I do have a small network of blogs. I write my own content for each and I do link them together. But problem is they are all on the same IP so I do not know how valuable the links are?
I still believe it is the best way. Be a realist. A new website isn't interesting for other webmasters and you don't have a chance to get any links in content from them. Using spam is really bad thing though it is FREE. That's why it is better to pay than to spam.
Yes, Articles, web 2.0 pages, blogs, press release sites are good source of getting incontent text links.
Yeah buying is an industry standard and a viable way to get text links...but with guest posting, you are giving the webmaster unique content in exchange for a link. Thats pretty valuable for both sides!
