I agree, you could def do more than one thing. That said, you may want to start with just one and get the site going and growing first before you spread yourself out to multiple ideas.
I think you should do a newsletter service, where people signup and create their own newsletter e-Mail thing, for those that don't know how to do it. They can add/import contacts etc Theres a free service and you can upgrade for better features Hope I've helped.

You could do a newletter templates site with layouts that people can use for their newsletters. You could do a free and paid for service.

Once the site is ready and rolling you may even consider it selling for a decent amount. People ususally buy such types of sites
good idea though you must find top lists and ones which are genuine, keep it a paid service or something.
