I Don't know what i can add more to my website, Does anyone have an idea?

I realy need more content or google will maybe sandbox/ban me!

Sorry just curious what's the point of creating a search engine that pretty much runs on Google search engine? Cant people just go straight to Google instead and search there?

 

I don't think you should add much on that site..search engine should be like that..
less content more quality..

 

I think it's banking on the saving energy gimmick by the looks Not much more you can add mate, unless you offer some services? Maybe a directory as well?

 

People ofc. do that, i dont see any point to make a website like that one.

 

yeah same here I see no point at all, just a waste of a domain, hosting, and time but I may be wrong who knows they might be able to make money I HOPE.

 

Yes thats what i think about it too, But other on the forum say google adsense will ban my site because off not enouge content!

It's hard to make a good site..

 

What is your plan with this search engine that runs on Google? Are you trying to market it to a specific group? I am not sure how you will be able to do well in the long run.

As for the site, leave it as is. You should have the search page clear for users to see the search results.

 

When ever I need ideas for content I usually spend time at ezine articles reading articles related to my niche this is how I am able to consistently come up with new ideas.

 

I agree a directory would be a good idea, but try integrating some new twitter things

 

is it possible to make money from google search? I see that kind of stuff but I don't know how to maximize earnings from google custom search.

 

i think it is wasting of your money and time because best search engines are already working and every one use like google and yahoo

 

I think the Google Custom Search Box is feeding off Adsense, not sure but good gimmick with the whole energy saving thing...

 

I've already seen a couple popular sites that run on this concept. It will be hard for you to compete.

 

I'm assuming your target market is the "green conscious" user (faux conscious if you ask me, but who am I to judge).

Maybe you can scrape some environmentalist forums and present a daily energy saving tip. Stockpile some "how to reduce PC power consumption" quotes and post them up as things go along.

All this'll clutter up the thing, though. Make it more like Yahoo than Google... but right now it's like you're directly competing with Blackle and you'll need some differentiation to stand out.

 

Black background and white font, is not so good to see! IMO, you should change the colour!
