    MAD4.INFO
    WEBTHE.INFO

    Unfortunately, they don't look very catchy. Eventually, you could make some informational site with mad4.info
    No ideas for the rest of them.

    ext3.info (I plan to make an ext3 partition site)
    mad4.info and gotthe.info (may be for informational sites)
    What do you think?
    I don't know what to do with the others.

    If you are intent for affiliate, you must looking for keyword for your niche and try use keyword as a domain name.

    I'd do this way:
    mad4.info Funny videos/pictures/news site
    gotthe.info Some kind of information site

    69ME.INFO: adult site => get many visitors => put ads on the site to make money!

    MAD4.INFO: funny clips => do the SEO to get many visitors => sell ads on site

    GOTTHE.INFO: may build a simple site with some useful information, then place ads directly on the site or google search bar from Google Adsense to make money.

    The others: maybe similar to GOTTHE.INFO, but customized separately for each.

    I can't really think of anything as those domains are really shocking. The only one I can think of is:
