Hello, I am currently working on a big project that involves a lot of video sharing. All videos will be hosted on my server (they are already hosted) but I am still planning how to monetize the video views - I was looking at google adsense for video and invideo ads but they have restrictions - US traffic and 1 million views per month at least - which will be impossible in the beginning.. Despite that I didn't understand how are those ads attached to the videos - and will I have to reupload the videos to my site, anyone has ideas or any experience to share that would be very much appreciated, Thank you for your time
Pal don't get panic. Cool when your mind get hesitated you can't think. there is no problenm if you can't use invideo ads, you can still place ads on all sides of the video and monetize it, if one door is closed don't look at the closed door forever, seek for another door. place ads above or below video you can still get the clickthrough rate as the invideo ads.
Get a custom flash player that you can run your own in-video ads. You can then use affiliate offers to monetize that ad space until you have enough traffic to get accepted into one of the 3rd party video ad services. Who knows, maybe you will earn more then enough money running your own ads using affiliate offers and not need the 3rd party video ad services.

If you ask for the tech part, I am not sure but It amy be like this. (this is just an asumption) WE have to upload the videos to adsense and they will add ads in it and then we have to download it and then upload it to our sites. May be it's not like that. But I am sure it will be 75% like this.
