UI change is already in todo list Thinking of adding jobs from other job sites.. is it good? let me know what you would have liked from a jobsite if you are jobseeeker or employer Any suggestion for marketing>
I'm really sorry to say this, but the design is not very attractive. I wont go on about it though, since you have said that the UI is already under development. If you can change the layout, I would suggest looking at some of the big job sites and take some inspiration from their simplicity. As a jobseeker, it would be nice to be able to search for jobs without having to register. Marketing will be difficult. I would look at companies who are posting jobs on websites. Then email them to ask if they want to list a vacancy on your website. Then use Adwords to promote specific jobs.
