    Hi !

New Here. Is pixel advertising dead? I'm using Gpix from www.tufat.com - works great and all - but I can't seem to get a single pixel purchase. Any ideas for a good marketing approach to pixel websites?

I fear the only way you will get a sale is to jump into your goback machine and market this before everyone else did and saturated the market. This seems to be a dead marketing gimick now. Good luck...

Pixel ads are a thing of the past.

Unless you can show huge unique traffic daily, no one is going to spend bucks on a dead site.

If you are looking to make quick money by focusing the perpous of a website on selling pixels you will have a tough time. I find it silly finding a website that just has a big grid as the front page trying to push pixels on people. I could install my own pixel script and put my ad up for cheaper. However, I do think that there are ways to make money with pixels if you are creative. If you offer something unique with these pixel ads I think that people would have more interest.

I would have to say the pixel craze is dead and I don't think it will ever make a come back.

    Good luck with it though.

Pixels went the way of the Rubix Cube.

a little incongruous that you're trying to get a script to work for you - and failing - yet you'll use the suppliers site name as your username. I guess I just don't understand brand loyalty!

the rubix cube is makin a huge comeback, but pixel sites wont...
the recent rubix cube record was broken, someone solved it 5 times,
averaging about 13 seconds... pretty amazing. I my self can do it in a minute
    consistantly. :)

I was wondering what came of that, hadn't heard for a while. Hardly any sales from what it looks like.

Why would you want a guy to trash his car like that. Great gimmick but the red paperclip was much better.
