First of all, get rid of the YELLOW. You need to incorporate a pleasing design where people feel comfortable to visit. It looks like you're trying to shout out, "NOTICE THIS!!" Design is very important if you want to reduce bounce rate, of which I suspect, yours is 90% or greater.
this is like sales page beacuse you are trying people to do the exam. I dont recomend putting adds here cus you will lose the whole purpose. Get a squeez page and get some emails I then blast them with nice email campagain about this

Throw up some dating, college dating for free and so on. There are even dating sites which will pay you $2-$y5 per email address your users submit, and even some websites allowing users to join for free and they still pay you like $25 per free join. I would try that, and if that doesn't do well, then maybe switch to Adsense or some affiliate product marketing.
