Browse to the website to see exactly what the templates are - go to their affiliate area and you should be able to see exactly what they offer.

As for ideal gravity and avg% sale - there is no Ideal, and everyone has different criteria. Generally people say higher is better, which may be true, but is a little bit of a newbie judgement, and actually a higher gravity doesnt guarantee it is a good product - just that a lot of different affiliates have made a sale with it recently. Some say that an average gravity - perhaps 20-50 is good as its not too competitive but shows it does sell, but then again there are plenty of smaller sites that do convert but just don't have loads of affilaites promoting them, so it is always the case of a little trial and error on clickbank and finding out exactly what works best for you personally.

Gravity doesn't mean much to the individual publisher and it's been discussed in dozens of other threads.

You can have a product with a gravity of 300+ that converts in 600 hops ..

and you can have a product with a gravity of 1+ that converts in 20 hops ..

    Which one would you promote?

Avg./Sale has a lot to do with your conversions / type of traffic.

Let assume you drive 1000 targeted visitors to two of your landers :

    1) First lander - You manage to convert in 20 hops a product with a payout of $26.50
    2) and you have another product on your second lander that converts in 1000 hops with a payout of $49.00, which one would you promote?

Bottom line the the Avg/Sale and Grav. doesn't matter that much as long as you sell "large quantities"

Sarcasm: Coca-Cola makes an average profit of $0.58 per 250 ml can of coke and still makes a fortune every single year.
