Hi, I am looking to sell IdeaGrids.com.

IdeaGrids is a nice site dedicated to business ideas, new emerging trends, ideas for entrepreneurs, and that sort of thing.

I built the site about eight months ago, and it has quite a bit of content, but I don't have the time to update it like I should.

It is built on Wordpress, it has a forums page, and has 100% unique content. It is also a PR 3 website

As far as traffic and monetization go, it has about 10 RSS feed subscribers and gets 50 or so hits a week. Like I said, it needs to be taken over by someone with more time.
