   What about having some sort of modification made to the forums to restrict PMs being sent? Something like restricted to 5 PMs a day - if someone PMs you and you're out of replies they are told so they don't think you're ignoring them.
   
   Once a user has reached X number of posts the ration is lifted.
   
   Just an idea.
