    As far as I know,You can't .Why not verify paypal using CC or Debit Card?

    Does it have mastercard or visa logo? Be remember visa logo not visa electron.
    If yes , then you can verify it.
    But how you get its statement?
    If you cant get its statement , then don't use it. It will put you in problem.

    Gift Card is like a VCC and it is against the TOS of PayPal to verify your account using a VCC, Even if you are able to do so, your account will account will be limited in due time
