Sorry, I think I put this in the wrong place. I copied and moved it. Again, sorry for this!

    Hi Stephanie,

I hope you are doing well.

I am also into the same business having 10 people of team and based at india. I have faced this situation more than 10 times and have learned that at times you have to be little harsh but practical while dealing with client.

Alshough this is a matter of personal relationship you possess with client but when you think business, you should act as below...
    1. If you have anything in written, you should show them that you both have agreed to the terms according to the website content.
    2. If they still ask for the changes which you can not grant, you should tell them that you can not do it. This will create a practice for you and help you handle this kind of clients in future.
    3. About the maintenance contract, you should specify the no. of hours you will work for the maintenance contract cost. This will make them realize that you are charging them for hours you work and not for the entire time.

I hope i have addressed your concern.
Looking forward to hear from you.

    Kind Regards,
    Nishit Patel
