Cool site! I think many teenagers will be drawn to it because of the design. If you want to attract mature visitors, maybe you could tweak you site a little bit and make it look more professional looking (minus the cartoony effects). As for the ads, you can put it on the left portion, where you can make other people advertise on your site. That way you can monetize your site
