I'd like to propose a standardized site sale form.

Just something I think a lot of the sites trying to sell themselves in the BST forum could use. This is for sites only really, and I will give an example along with a coded piece that can be copied and pasted from. (I had to use HTML code because the regular code wouldn't allow for the tags being displayed right)

Site Name/Title:
Site URL:
Age:
Google Page Rank:
Registrar:
Host:

----------------------------

Description:

----------------------------

Screenshots of Stats:

----------------------------

Other Information:

----------------------------

Income:
Starting Bid:
BIN:

----------------------------

Anything Else:
HTML:

Now then, just copy that and lets give an example of how well this would work. Let's pretend the site's name is superawesomefantastic.zzz (zzz so that I don't accidentally list a real site). All you do is copy the above, and then fill in the information.

Here is an example:

Site Name/Title: Super Awesome Fantastic
Site URL: superawesomefantastic.zzz
Age: 5 Years
Google Page Rank: PR 6
Registrar: Whosyodaddy.zzz
Host: crocadilehost.zzz

----------------------------

Description: This site is the Super Awesome Fantastic site that is all about anything that is Super Awesome Fantastic. More words would go here for this description, but this is an example. Elect me your world ruler. I am your new God. I like puppies.

----------------------------

Screenshots of Stats:

[Pretend there is a picture here]
[Pretend there is a picture here]
[Pretend there is a picture here]
[Pretend there is a picture here]

----------------------------

Other Information: The site comes packaged with an E-Book all about Super Awesome Fantastic. The site is coded in PHP and ZHP. Additionally it has a 900 Terrabyte Database.

----------------------------

Income: 45,000,000 a month on average. Highest was 900,000,000.
Starting Bid: $54
BIN: $1,000,000,000,000,000,000

----------------------------

Anything Else: The site ranks as a -1 on Alexia because it is so Super Awesome Fantastic. Also comes with a subdomain which is a simple wordpress blog about awesomeness that automatically takes stories on RSS.

End of Example

As you can see the form takes very little time to fill out, and provides potential buyers with all the information they very well will want to see.

So, what do you say Mods? Chance of a stickywicky or at least an adoption of a similar form? It's not mandatory of course, but it would be nice for there to be some standards that anyone can use. It just makes sense.

Anyways, I'm off in search of customers for my article writing now. I do hope this helps someone!
