    I'd like to promote a website that provides Traffic Services - All types of packages and offers at competitive prices.

    Will the price per click be able to be customized in my campaign?

    What is the minimum budget and the maxim amount of hits I can receive on a daily basis?

    We have a budget of $5 - $10 per day to begin with.

    You can cap your daily spend at whatever you want (you could set it to $0.10 per day if you want). Cost per click is a bid basis (so you set it to whatever you want it to be), with the minimum bid at $0.10.
