I owe a directory, http://ofcourse.us . The domain is PR 0 but PR5 predicted in these updates. It has 800 backlinks, 400 indexed pages by google & yahoo and more by MSN. I spent nearly 100-150$ on advertising such as featured links in directories, dir submissions etc. Also has custom design (yes I know it's like Alive directory don't bother to tell me!). Brought me 150$ from links & featured links, and also the site is currently gathering 100-200 uniques hits/day and it's 3 month old. Has unique database. So what price would it be possible? I don't want to sell it, but I'm really interested to know how much it costs. P.S: Not sure if this is the right section of posting.
u can expect more then $ 250 if it goes pr5 and then it will depend on the traffic , im giving a very basic calculation, it can be more depending on your promotions and budgets month on month basis.
