I think the background should be different, it's too distracting.
The faces next to the genre are neat, I want to like them, but they seem out of place or not done right. Can't put my finger on it...
The last thing is I think the links should have some sort of roll over effect.

I do like the top banner, footer and how you laid out the pages it's all very neat and easy to navigate.
Also a really cool idea! :)

I like the idea, but the site's just so.... boring.

Putting unhappy smileys on any page about entertainment is a bad idea, by the way: people are incredibly easily influenced and you do NOT want them thinking "sad!" and leaving.

Top and bottom are great (as HostingRaid said). I'd move the blah after the header into a sidebar or somewhere else, so that it doesn't take up so much real estate where you could be showing "Today's True Story Trailer" or something. Also needs rewriting, as it's trying to be "About", "FAQ" and a bunch of apologies for stuff, all in one.

Given that it's an entertainment site, you need to design something with your target audience in mind. They want it pretty, with images and "HOT!", "NEW!", "AWESOME!" slapped all over it, and other such mindless MTV nonsense. A straight text list of movies just isn't going to grab attention. Think YouTube.

The only other thing that springs to mind is the movie pages: they're so phenomenally boring, it made me wonder why I'd bother. I mean, I can get a list of true story movies and look up much more exciting sites. I would suggest putting stuff into those pages - instead of a link to a trailer, embed the trailer. Add some stills. Link to the movie page on IMDB. Add links to major review sites (Rotten Tomatoes et al). Pretty it all up, instead of it just being *yawn* text.

Still really like the idea, though. :)

Thanks for replies both of you.. About the smiley faces, maybe I should have them above the each genre text instead of besides. When it comes to the site beeng not designed well for such things like movies.. well.. I see true story movies like a newspaper.. so it resembles like that.. At the current moment IMDB has a full list.. all other sites are just showing of top 10 lists.. But IMDB has no trailers and movies.. The movie pages with each description of each movie was made in 0.001 seconds.. so I have plans on working on those descriptions more afterwards.. I had a reeeeeeaally bad site, years ago about true films, but still, it got a lot of pageloads.. So i think this one will at least be better.

Ah, I see. Perhaps something more obviously newspapery, then - I didn't get that impression at all.

I'd still go for including embedded trailers and stuff. You could do it like Harry Potter newspaper - with moving pictures. :)
