icons besides Adsense allowed?

    Is the placement of icons besides large rectangular adsense allow as in this picture?

    I think its against TOS as they are still images aligned with the ads.

    but then again they are not set out to decieve the user.

    Yeah, google's new change in TOS states that there should be no images beside the ads what so ever..

    Yes it is againts Google TOS but theres no harm to send them an email about it. Sometimes they allow a few publisher get away with it :)
