Icon ad server is vizi direct and they have a reputation for signing publishers up and then not paying--after ads have run for weeks or months. They will suddenly cut off the feed with some excuse, after feeding you junky ads the whole time, then will dodge all e-mails and phone calls after that. Ask around or query publishers you see running their ads if you don't believe me. They are NOT a reputable company.
