Icon/Picture next to comments for WordPress

    Is there a wordpress plugin that will put a users image next to their comment? I think I've seen this recently on a blog and I didn't see where to upload my pic when commenting. Anybody know of this plugin?

    You might try this plugin as well.
    It uses the favicon from the commenter's website.
