Buying Icon for Apple Web Apps submission. MUST have iPhone and MAC to take screenshot

Hi,

I am about to add a Web App to the Apple directory and am in need of an Icon of 128x128cm.

It can be as simple as simple can be, no need for fancy stuff. However, it does need to follow the exact guideliness as laid out here, https://developer.apple.com/submission/iphone/icons.php

Also, I need you to take screenshot of the Web App and that needs to be taken with your iPhone and needs to follow the exact guidelines as laid out here, https://developer.apple.com/submission/iphone/screenshot.php

Can you provide the guidelines and such?
I prefer not registering as a app developer.
