It seems to me that roughly $15 USD is a low prize for a design, particularly one with this level of complexity.
I appreciate what you're saying, but I essentially only function as an escrow service - I don't come up with the numbers. Further, I've not yet had a problem finding fantastic designs for the numbers chosen. Hopefully there will be a contest with a number that appeals to you in the future.
