ICICI Payseal error

    Hai,

    While using debit card for payment, its showing an error like "Tran Not Permitted". What could be the reason?

    If you are using debit by Paypal to make payment and i you are from India,then you it will show like this error because Paypal has implemented new rules for Indian users as they cant use to pay by Paypal balance and Debit Cards are not accepted anymore and you can only use Credit Card to amke payment :)
