    I got my account details but only my login password and transaction password are given.Any one has any clue where i can get the userid from, as in where in te slip will it be etc?

    As far as i know your customer id is your user id for login whichone given by them (bank) at the time of account opening (called Welcome Kit). Hope you have your welcome kit with you.

    You have to change it and the password at first login.

    try calling up at the corporate service phone, they ask hell lot of questions, never solve your problem quick

    if you having a 10,000rs min balance account , you are due for some pain.

    ensure that you take all passwords and details correctly
    i had some issues accessing the online banking due to java error, and since then i don't have access to my online account, i have filled their forms whatever but still nothing done, i am gonna write a strong letter now to the management for this issue.

    its been more then 10 months i am not able to access my online account and do transactions with it.

    pretty sick i though a dena bank would have been better atleast nearby to me. if it doesnt work out ill change the bank.:mad:

    Yeah I have had issues with their current account online banking - i lost my password and it has been 6 months that i havent been able to use the internet banking.

    They sent me a password twice which doesnt work !! WOW

    I have lots of people telling me that SBI is the best to bank with - now that they have internet banking facility too - besides having the largest network and most no. of ATMs.

    If you visit a small town - god help you find a ICICI ATM - while you will find SBI everywhere !!

    i never had any problems with my saving account
    i really dont understand why current account is having more issues
    current account is for corporate users and if they dont take care of them, they are loosing something here for sure

    also heard that icici bank is not being allowed to open new branches..
    any ways i think i have to go to main branch now at narimain point and yell at them :mad:
