    You need an SB account. Card will get instantly and u should wait 5 to 10 days for activation. After getting card call customer care and ask for activation. You get Visa or Mastercard Platinum card .

    You will get the instant credit card for fix deposit.It will take min 2 to 5 days to get card after fix deposit.The kit will be issued at the time of card issued.It will activated after 2 days.You will be getting the HDFC and ICICI card with master logo.

    One interesting thing I want to share with you all is that if you go for ICICI Saving card and Instant Card. And you have online bank account access then from ICICI Bill Pay option, you can add your instant credit card.
    You can instant reload money from bank account to credit card account. This way you don't require a big limit to credit card against Fixed Deposit. You can go for 20000 Fixed Deposit and will get a limit of 17000 (85% of FD). Although limit is low but you can easily reload money to your credit card.

    Yes, PayPal Works perfect with SBI Visa Credit cards , the Minimum is Rs 20000/- for Fixed deposit.
    you get 80% of the value as Credit Limit.

    NO MAB / AQB is required.

    Also, If you need CreditCard ONLY for PayPal , You can go for any ZeroBalance ICICI / AXIS and BOB Accounts with Visa / MasterCard ( Dont go for Rupay ) Debit Cards. They work perfect with PayPal.

    This way you can directly use the funds in you Bank A/c via PayPal.
