    I am looking to promote ICICI Bank on one of my websites as their services works best with what I promote and I see that they have an affiliate program.

    However, it does not seem they pay in cash, only coupons/gift vouchers. Is this correct? Also, am I able to signup even though I am not an Indian citizen?

    You can promote with Admitad, they have ICICI campaigns and many other banks campaigns as well. currently, they are working ICICI, IndusInd bank, SBI etc.
