I am glad that the ICC has allowed 4 non-test playing nations to compete in this tournament (Earlier they had said that they'll allow only the full test nations). But still 14 is a very small number. You can't call a tournament "World Cup" when only 14 countries are participating. I think 16 teams will be allowed from 2019 onward.

Well... the duration of the tournament can be reduced even with 16 teams. For examples, if there are four groups of 4 teams each, then there will be only 24 matches in the group stage. On the other hand, if there are 2 groups of 7 teams each, then there will be 42 matches in the group stage.

I think that is cool watching Pakistan Against India & every time in main event Pakistan fall. This is good for India where sad thing for Pakistani Cricket fans and both country fans are aggressive against their cricket.. Best of Luck ..
